SUBSTANCE: salad oil is claimed comprising olive or sunflower or corn oil, linseed oil and additionally unrefined black cumin oil. The oils are used in the form of refined sunflower or corn oil, unrefined olive oil and unrefined linseed oil, in the following ratio, wt.%: unrefined olive oil 70-80 or refined sunflower oil 62-71 or refined corn oil 67-77; unrefined black cumin oil 18-27; unrefined linseed oil 2-11.
EFFECT: invention improves the antioxidant properties of salad oil and improves the balance of its fatty acid composition and biological efficiency.
