A drug for maintaining the life of a person with large blood loss, acute cerebral and myocardial ischemia, acute respiratory failure and hypothermia, which is a mixture of gases, including oxygen, xenon and argon, characterized in that it contains helium in the concentration range 40 to 50 vol.%, argon in the concentration range 25 to 35 vol.%, xenon in the concentration range 0.2 to 5 vol.%, krypton in the concentration range 2 to 10 vol.% and oxygen at least 21 vol.%, up to 100 vol.% in total, and the temperature of the gas mixture is 30–70°C. A drug for maintaining the life of a person with large blood loss, acute cerebral and myocardial ischemia, acute respiratory failure and hypothermia, which is a mixture of gases, including oxygen, xenon, argon, characterized in that it contains oxygen in the concentration range 21 to 60 vol.%, xenon in the concentration range 0.2 to 35 vol.%, krypton in the concentration range 0.2 to 35 vol.%, argon the rest in a concentration of at least 25 vol.%, and the gas temperature is 15–70°C. A device for maintaining the life of a person with large blood loss, acute cerebral and myocardial ischemia, acute respiratory failure and hypothermia using the above drugs, characterized by the presence of a front part - a mask 1 with a mouthpiece located in it, a connecting node 2, a breathing bag 7 with an overpressure valve, a metering bag 8 connected to a switchable check valve block, and a regeneration cartridge 6 connected to a connecting line with a breathing bag 7, a cylinder with an argon-xenon-krypton gas mixture 12 or two smaller-capacity cylinders with argon and xenon, and krypton in the assembly and with a three-way valve for alternately supplying gases to the breathing bag 7 through the gas mixture supply regulator 14, through connecting lines 15 for supplying the mixture to the breathing bag 7, a wrist portable computer 16 with a heart rate and blood oxygen saturation sensor, oxygen and xenon concentration sensor in the breathing bag 7, designed to monitor and manage the condition of the wounded, also characterized by the fact that it is additionally equipped with a cylinder 9 with a drug - a helium-oxygen-argon-xenon-krypton mixture of gases, with a valve installed on it and a pressure gauge connected via connecting line 10 to the mask with the ability to supply a mixture of gases directly to the mask 1, a chemical or electric heating pad 11 with a heat exchange connecting line, a switchable check valve block 3 installed between the output of the mask connecting unit and the regeneration cartridge 6, pneumatically connected to the metering bag 8 and exhalation line to the outside, oxygen concentration sensor and argon-krypton-xenon mixture.

EFFECT: reducing mortality and disability in cases of wounds and injuries with large blood loss, acute cerebral and myocardial ischemia, acute respiratory failure and, including hypothermia, suitable for use at the stage of first emergency aid in the field, at home and in the ambulance, as well as in medical institutions, provides the opportunity to use the drug in low temperature conditions.
