FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of modeling the comorbidity of closed intracranial injury and dysfunction of the respiratory and thermoregulatory systems in animals. General anesthesia is used on the first and fourth days of experimental exposure to the body, and craniocerebral trauma is inflicted on rats. Next, pyrogenal is injected intramuscularly on days 1, 3, 4 at a dose of 33.33 μg/kg, rectal temperature and respiratory rate are measured on days 3, 4 after the start of the experiment, cells in lung tissues stained with alizarin red C and toluidine blue are quantitatively studied. With an increase in rectal temperature on the 3rd day after the start of the experiment, decrease in rectal temperature, increase in respiratory rate, increase in the number of alizarin-positive cells in the lungs, mast cells in the lungs, leukocytes in the perivascular space of arterial type vessels, segmented leukocytes in lung tissues on the 4th day after the start of the experiment compared with healthy animals, simulated comorbid condition is stated.
EFFECT: invention provides experimental reproduction of comorbidity of closed intracranial brain injury and lung dysfunction.
