FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and combustiology, and can be used to stimulate healing of extensive burns. Lipoaspiration of adipose tissue is carried out, content of syringe is centrifuged for 4 minutes at 2,500 rpm, middle fraction is taken. It is mechanically destructed by passing it through a connector to form a homogeneous mass. Centrifuged for 2 minutes at 3,000 rpm and two fractions are obtained. Patient’s whole venous blood is centrifuged for 10 minutes at 2,600 rpm. Lower fraction of the centrifuged homogeneous mass is combined with patient's blood plasma and the obtained cell mixture is transplanted onto the wound surface.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to stimulate independent epithelisation of burn wounds, to increase efficiency of skin grafting, to accelerate recovery of donor resources, reduce the rate of lysis and rejection of transplants in the early postoperative period due to the combination of using the most optimal parameters of fat lipoaspirate and blood plasma.
