FIELD: semiconductor technology.
SUBSTANCE: solar cells based on chalcopyrite CuInGaS (Copper-Indium-Gallium-Sulphur) for creating second-generation CIGS solar cells. This technical result is achieved due to the fact that CuIn0.7Ga0.3S2 nanocrystals were synthesized by injecting elemental sulphur dissolved in oleylamine into a heated solution of oleylamine containing CuCl, GaCl3 and InCl3 as metal precursors. All manipulations were carried out in an airless atmosphere.
EFFECT: synthesis of nanocomposite ink with a high variability in the composition of the ink for applying to various types of coatings and low dispersion in terms of the size of nanocrystals in the ink (from 10 to 100 nm).
