FIELD: molecular spinotronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of single molecular (SMM) and single ion (SIM) magnets. It can be used as information storage elements and platforms for quantum computing. Composite material for magnetic platforms for quantum computing and data storage of ultrahigh density and spin qubits comprises 15 vol.% of the [Er(HL)(L)]4CHCl3H2O complex, where L is 2,6-bis(phenylhydrazone)pyridine, and 85 vol.% particles of Pr16Dy17Fe42Co24. The mentioned material was obtained by mixing the dusty complex [Er(HL)(L)]4CHCl3H2O and Pr16Dy17Fe42Co24 microparticles in an agate mortar with a diamagnetic spatula for 10 min until a composite material was obtained in the form of a homogeneous mixture. The magnetic platform made of a composite material is made in the form of a tablet with a diameter of 51 mm and a height of 800 mcm, obtained by pressing on a manual hydraulic press at a pressure of 0.3 MPa and subsequent magnetization in an external magnetic field from 0 to 7 kOe.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption, possibility of selecting a ferromagnetic matrix for single-ion magnets and using SIM as local memory elements.
