FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of new generation biomedical sensors and manipulators. Method for manufacturing microtweezers with a magnetic field gradient includes the stages of treating a microwire of the composition PrDyFeCoB with acid mixtures at high temperature, followed by washing with distilled water and drying. Said treatment is conducted with a mixture of concentrated acids HNO3 65 to 68 wt.% + HCl 32 to 35 wt.% at a 1:3 ratio at a temperature of 381 K at a frequency of 10 to 12 treatments lasting 1 s each, at an interval of no more than 1 s between treatments, and the magnetic field gradient is from 0.55·109 to 3.7·109 E/m. Also disclosed are microtweezers manufactured by this method.
EFFECT: reduction in the cost, time, and complexity of the experiment without the need for high qualification of the personnel compared to the commonly applied lithographic method when creating pointed magnetic microtweezers.
