SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the structure of coffee layers and containers for preparing the drink. The container contains a compartment (91) containing particles (1, 2) of ground coffee to be extracted, configured to pass a flow of water under pressure from the injection wall (89) of the container to the dispensing wall (92) of the container for preparing a drink from the particles (1, 2) of coffee. Coffee particles (1, 2) contain: the first group of particles (1) of first-ground coffee having the first volume-weighted average diameter D[4,3], and the second group of particles (2) of second-ground coffee having the second volume-weighted average diameter D [4,3] and located downstream from the first group of particles (1) of first-ground coffee, and the second group of particles (2) of second-ground coffee is in direct contact with the dispensing wall (92), while the second volume-weighted average diameter is larger than the first volume-weighted average diameter.

EFFECT: ensuring that the container does not get blocked while ensuring a high yield of coffee extraction.
