SUBSTANCE: invention relates to system (110) for dispensing ground coffee, in particular for preparing a coffee beverage. Said system (110) comprises one or more receiving compartments (13, 14) for storing one or different types of roasted coffee beans, one or more dispensers (60, 70) for dispensing coffee beans that are stored in one or more receiving compartments (13, 14), mill (30) for receiving coffee beans which are supplied by one or more of said dispensers (60, 70) in order to grind said coffee beans and then to dispense such ground coffee beans, wherein mill (30) is movable to different grinding positions for different degrees of grinding, respectively, wherein one or more dosing devices (60, 70) are located between one or more receiving compartments (13, 14) and mill (30), control unit (91) for controlling one or more dosing devices (60, 70) and mill (30), wherein control unit (91) is configured to control one or more of one or more of dosing devices (60, 70) so as to output to mill (30) a certain number of coffee beans, and controlling mill (30) such that mill (30) grinds said certain number of coffee beans and, thus, dispenses ground coffee beans until mill (30) is empty, so that mill (30) can then be moved into one of different grinding positions. One or more of dosing devices (60, 70) is configured to act as one or more fixing elements for holding the coffee beans within one or more receiving compartments (13, 14), so that the coffee beans in receiving compartments (13, 14) at least partially cover or at least partially rest on one or more metering devices (60, 70), preventing the dispensing of coffee beans from receiving compartments (13, 14), and one or more dosing devices (60, 70) are configured to selectively block or stop the dispensing of coffee beans, so that only certain or required quantity of coffee beans is dispensed to mill (30) by one or more of dosing devices (60, 70).
EFFECT: invention is aimed at possibility to produce balanced coffee drink with good taste from organoleptic point of view, and also provides an improved automatic process of grinding coffee beans for different types of coffee beverage without sacrificing quality of different types of coffee beverage.
