SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for dispensing ground coffee for preparing a coffee beverage. Method includes the following steps: providing device (110) comprising one or more receiving compartments (13, 14) for storing one or different types of roasted coffee beans, one or more dispensers (60, 70) for dispensing coffee beans that are being stored in one or more receiving compartments (13, 14), and mill (30) for receiving coffee beans dispensed by one or more of said dispensers (60, 70), mill (30) being configured to move to different grinding positions for different degrees of grinding, respectively, storing the coffee beans in receiving compartments (13, 14), at least partially covering or at least partially resting on one or more of dosing devices (60, 70), preventing coffee beans from dispensing from receiving compartments (13, 14), setting mill (30) in such a way that mill (30) is in a certain grinding position, dispensing, by means of one or more devices (60, 70), the certain number of coffee beans to be dispensed to mill (30) after mill (30) installation step, and milling, by means of mill (30), said certain number of coffee beans and, thus, dispensing such ground coffee beans until no coffee beans remain in mill (30).
EFFECT: proposed invention is aimed at the possibility to produce a balanced coffee beverage with a good taste from an organoleptic point of view as well as ensures an improved automatic coffee beans grinding process for various coffee beverage types without detriment to the quality of the various coffee beverage types.
