SUBSTANCE: means for automatically controlling the speed of movement of cuts on a hump. The device includes an antenna, a transmit-receive unit TRU, a pulse modulator, a programmable synchronization and control unit PSCU, an analog-to-digital converter ADC, and a signal processing unit SPU. Moreover, the high-frequency port TRU is connected to the antenna, the output of the pulse modulator is connected to the first TRU output, and the signal input of the ADC is connected to its second output, the first PSCU output is connected to the input of the pulse modulator, its second output is connected to the SPU through the PCB programming command bus, and the third output is connected to the clock ADC input, and the ADC output port is connected to the first SPU output.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability and accuracy of determining the parameters of the cut movement is achieved under conditions of simultaneous presence of two cuts in the same braking position.
