EFFECT: invention provides obtaining a line of transgenic mice with inducible systemic and tissue-specific expression of human cyclophilin A, which can be used as models for a number of human inflammatory diseases, as well as to search for therapeutic approaches to treatment and to conduct preclinical trials.
