FIELD: molecular biotechnology and medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention includes a genetic construct representing a linearized vector for obtaining transgenic mice with inducible systemic and tissue-specific expression of human cyclophilin A and a method of obtaining the said vector, as well as a line of transgenic mice expressing human cyclophilin A, and the method to obtain it.
EFFECT: invention provides obtaining a line of transgenic mice with inducible systemic and tissue-specific expression of human cyclophilin A, which can be used as models for a number of human inflammatory diseases, as well as to search for therapeutic approaches to treatment and to conduct preclinical trials.
