FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to urology, and can be used for treating male infertility. Open testicular biopsy and testicular spermatozoon sampling are performed with a high DNA fragmentation factor of ejaculatory sperm cells. Before the biopsy, colour ultrasonic Doppler sonography of the blood flow in the subcapsular areas of the intra-stenal arteries is performed. Sperm cell is sampled from the testicular sector with a maximum systolic blood flow not less than 5.0 cm/s. Produced spermatozoa are used in procedure of intracytoplasmic injection of spermatozoa with oocytes obtained on the same day by transvaginal puncture.

EFFECT: method enables to obtain potentially high-quality biomaterial for fertilization of eggs in male factor of infertility caused by high DNA fragmentation of ejaculatory gametes as a result of targeted surgical extraction of sperm cells from initially fixed sector of intervention, taking into account dopplerography of testes.
