FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with preparing concentrated foundations of soft and alcohol-containing drinks, syrup- and paste-like concentrates, "Legna willow herb" alcoholic extract contains plant raw material and aqueous-alcoholic extragent, moreover, the volume of rectificate alcohol in extragent corresponds to 40-70%, water - the rest. Moreover, as plant raw material one should apply narrow-leaved granulated willow herb (Epilobium), and the contents of willow herb and extragent correspond to 1 : 5 ratio. The extract obtained is being transparent liquid of dark-brown color with odor of highly pronounced honey shade, of bitterish and tart taste. The present innovation enables to obtain qualitatively new aromatic product of high consumer's properties and high content of biologically active substances that keeps its aroma and pleasant taste for prolonged period of time.
