FIELD: medicine and express diagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: method for creating a standard calibration sample (SCS) of a chemical element for determining its content in biological samples by laser spark emission spectrometry. In this case, a suitable state standard sample of the chemical element under study (SSS) is used in the form of its solution in the range of its specified concentrations at specified intervals; a hydrocolloid from the group of gums is added to the SSS solution of the chemical element under study of a given concentration from a given range in a concentration of 0.01-0.1% by weight of the resulting mixture in the form of a gel, a layer of which 2-3 mm thick is then applied with a spatula onto an aluminum substrate and dried in an oven at a temperature of 60 degrees Celsius until completely dry.
EFFECT: ensuring that, when creating a standard system, a homogeneous distribution of a chemical element is obtained that is resistant to environmental conditions in a certain range of its concentrations, characteristic specifically for biological objects.
