SUBSTANCE: composition based on an antioxidant of natural origin for lipid stabilization with a content of eicosapentaenoic and docosahexaenoic acids of at least 20% of the total fatty acids, containing an antioxidant of natural origin and a component that exhibits a synergistic effect, differs in that it contains betulin used as an antioxidant of natural origin, 1,2-dihydro-6-ethoxy-2,2,4-trimethylquinoline and salicylic acid, showing a synergistic effect, in the following ratio of components in the composition, wt.%: 2,2'-methylene-bis(4-methyl-6-tert-butylphenol) - 69.9-79.9; betulin - 19.95-30.00; salicylic acid - 0.05-0.15. The resulting composition is administered in an amount of 0.10-0.30% by weight of lipids.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a composition based on an antioxidant of natural origin, which contains minimal concentrations of components in the composition in comparison with their use separately; suitable for lipid stabilization with higher rate and oxidation rate; provides effective inhibition of lipid oxidation.
