SUBSTANCE: composition based on an antioxidant of natural origin for lipid stabilization with a content of eicosapentaenoic and docosahexaenoic acids of at least 20% of the total fatty acids, containing an antioxidant of natural origin and a component exhibiting a synergistic effect, is characterized in that it contains betulin used as an antioxidant of natural origin, 1,2-dihydro-6-ethoxy-2,2,4-trimethylquinoline and salicylic acid, showing a synergistic effect, in the following ratio of components in the composition, wt.%: 1,2-dihydro-6-ethoxy-2,2,4-trimethylquinoline - 59.9-79.9; betulin - 19.95-40.00; salicylic acid - 0.05-0.15%. The composition is administered in an amount of 0.10-0.30% wt. of lipids.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain compositions based on an antioxidant of natural origin, which provides minimum concentrations of components in the composition in comparison with their use separately; is suitable for stabilizing lipids with a high rate and degree of oxidation compared to fatty acids with one or two unsaturated bonds; provides effective inhibition of lipid oxidation.
