FIELD: fish farming.
SUBSTANCE: method for introducing optical microsensors under the skin of cultured salmon fish, in which a biocompatible bionon-degradable hydrogel - 2.5% polyacrylamide gel is used as a carrier of fluorescent microparticles. The introduction of microparticles with a carrier under the skin of fish is performed by injection with a syringe. The adipose fin of salmon fish is used as the injection site.
EFFECT: better transmission of light from an implanted fluorescent optical microsensor to the body surface of salmon fish.
