FIELD: medicine; dentistry; pharmacology; microbiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns the microbiological assessment of intrawound contents at the stages of dental implantation surgery. The method includes pre-treatment of the patient's oral cavity with a solution of chlorhexidine bigluconate 0.05% for 1 minute, creating access to a previously installed implant, forming and peeling off a mucoperiosteal flap, replacing the plug screw with a gingival cuff former, placing the plug screw in sterile transport system, then sent for microbiological examination. Periodontopathogenic species of bacteria and their antibiotic-resistant strains of P. gingivalis, Agg. actinomycetemcomitans, P. intermedia, T. denticola, Т. forsythia, F. nucleatum, S. sanguinis, mutans, S. mutans, C. albicans, C. krusei, L. buccalis, F. alocis are assessed in the studied material using PCR and a set of primers.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to determine the qualitative and quantitative parameters of the microflora of the intrawound contents in the area of the dental implant, including periodontopathogenic species of bacteria, which makes it possible to judge the microbial contamination of this area and, depending on this, carry out correction of antibacterial therapy regimens.
