FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates namely to methods for assessing the long-term effectiveness of the use of a software and hardware complex for the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy. The method includes assessing the range of motion of the upper limbs. The concentration of the neurotrophic factor of the brain in the venous blood is measured before the start of rehabilitation and 10 days after it. In the case of a decrease in the relative concentration of neurotrophic factor on the 10th day by more than 35%, it is concluded that the rehabilitation procedure is highly effective in the long term.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of assessing the long-term effectiveness of using a hardware-software complex for the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.
