FIELD: insulating materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related specifically to the use of a combination of an ionic compound of one or more sulfonium cations with one or more hexafluoroantimonate anions, and a solid mica tape containing a barrier material and tape adhesive, for use as a cationic tape curing accelerator in a method for producing a system insulation by impregnation and/or filling with an anhydride-free impregnating composition. In this case, the cationic tape curing accelerator is described by structural formulas I, II or III.
EFFECT: use of an effective combination of a hardener with a low concentration in the winding area and a solid mica tape to form an insulation system with an anhydride-free impregnating composition.
