FIELD: transport engineering.
SUBSTANCE: robotic vehicle contains a body in which a cargo compartment is made, a cover for closing the cargo compartment and an opening mechanism. An opening mechanism is mounted on the outside of the robotic vehicle body and connects the cover to the robotic vehicle body. The opening mechanism contains a semi-cylindrical body connected to the outer surface of the lid. The semi-cylindrical body includes a first rotary plate located at a first edge thereof, and an actuator located within the semi-cylindrical body and connected to the outside of the body of the robotic vehicle, operatively connected to the inner surface of the first rotary plate. The actuator is configured to transmit torque to the first rotary plate.
EFFECT: improved reliability of operation of the cargo compartment lid of a robotic vehicle.
