SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to measure wind parameters. Essence: the device is a software and hardware complex containing an antenna (1) with N sections of a phased antenna array (10), an adder (9) and a drive unit (2). The device also contains a transmitter unit (3) with a microwave signal power amplifier, an analogue-digital receiver (4), a radar information processing unit (5), a control and master oscillator unit (6), an automated operator workstation (7), a unit (8) control of antenna drive motors, interconnected via nine duplex buses.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of measuring wind parameters, reducing the overall weight characteristics of the radar.
