FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: method for enhancing the generation of Treg in an in vitro system, which consists of polarization of separated T helper cells into the Treg phenotype using cytokines and activation of the T-cell receptor. The invention consists of culturing cells in a medium to which a complex of peptides YECE, YQCE, YVCS and YACS was added in equal proportions, which led to more efficient generation of Tregs.

EFFECT: invention contributes to the development of a method for polarizing T helper cells into the Treg phenotype, which makes it possible to achieve a significant increase in the number of these cells in culture.
