FIELD: agriculture; waste water management.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for recycling sludge from water treatment at filtering stations and both obtaining humic fertilizer and reclamation of contaminated disturbed lands, restoration of mine workings, levelling of slopes of landfills, levelling of ash dumps, slag dumps and for obtaining materials for the construction industry. The installation is made movable and contains a movable peat picker with a rotating hollow shaft, above which a mixture dryer is mounted. The dryer contains a gas distribution chamber, a chamber for loading, bubbling mixing of a mixture of peat chips with water treatment sediments, and drying the resulting mixture. The drying chamber contains a pipe for supplying water treatment sediments, a gas distribution grid without failure, a restrictive grid installed below height H of the fluidized bed, a grid with holes for passage of the mixture and a pipe for outlet of the resulting mixture, a chamber for collecting and discharging exhaust gas. A pressure pipeline supplying compressed air from a peat picker is connected to the gas distribution chamber, into which a nozzle with a built-in burner is inserted to heat the mixture. A material pipeline is connected to the chamber for loading, bubbling mixing, and drying to supply peat crumbs from a movable peat picker. A supply gas line is connected to the chamber for collecting and removing waste gas to remove the waste gas and supply it to the rotating hollow shaft of the peat picker.

EFFECT: recycling of water treatment sludge using peat particles to obtain new feedstock with reduced energy consumption and high drying intensity, expanding the scope of application of the drying unit for recycling water treatment sludge using peat particles to produce new feedstock for subsequent use as fertilizer or construction industry materials.
