SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of diagnosing the development of inflammation against the background of metabolic syndrome. A method of diagnosing the development of inflammation against the background of metabolic syndrome in an experiment on rats includes studying blood plasma and determining the level of concentration of an inflammatory marker, where the membrane protein TLR 4 and C-reactive protein (CRP) are used as markers of activation of the cellular immune system, and the concentration levels of TLR 4 are measured and CRP in the blood plasma by enzyme immunoassay and with an increase in the concentration of TLR 4 more than 4.06 ng/ml and an increase in the level of C-reactive protein more than 1.74 mg/ml in relation to the control, the development of the inflammatory process is assessed at an early stage.

EFFECT: above method has increased efficiency in the early diagnostics of the development of the inflammatory process against the background of experimental metabolic syndrome.
