SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to diagnose metainflammation in patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus. The relative content of CD4+CD25lowFoxP3+ T-regulatory lymphocytes from all CD4+ lymphocytes of peripheral blood is determined. Based on the absolute content of lymphocytes obtained during a general blood test, the absolute content of CD4+CD25lowFoxP3+ T-regulatory lymphocytes in the peripheral blood is calculated. With a total absolute content of CD4+CD25lowFoxP3+ T-regulatory lymphocytes in peripheral blood 1.39×107 cells/l or more metainflammation is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method provides diagnostics of metainflammation in patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus by determining the total absolute content of CD4+CD25lowFoxP3+ T-regulatory lymphocytes 1.39×107 cells/l or more in peripheral blood.
