SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a substrate for increasing the efficiency of adaptation of strawberry regenerated plants at the ex vitro stage, which includes a peat substrate, characterized by that it additionally contains lime powder, nitroammophoska 16:16:16 and rice husks at following ratio of components, wt.%: peat substrate — 58.0; lime powder — 5.0; nitroammophoska 16:16:16 — 12.0; rice husks — 25.0.
EFFECT: substrate provides for obtaining virus-free planting material by modifying the nutrient substrate for the stage of adaptation of strawberry seedlings with increased yield of quality planting material.
