SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to prevent the development of skeletal muscle fatigue. The method includes injection into the body against the background of a 7-day functional unloading of the selective activator of SERCA receptors (Ca2+-ATPase of the sarco/endoplasmic reticulum) — CDN1163 at a dosage of 50 mg/kg daily for 7 days.

EFFECT: preventing the increased muscle fatigue by activating SERCA receptors and reducing the level of tropomyosin oxidation (an indicator of oxidative stress), maintaining the proportion of “slow” fatigue-resistant muscle fibres, preventing an increase in the number of “fast” fibres, as well as mitochondrial DNA and protein.
