SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to physiology. Prevention of growth of mRNA expression of atrophy markers MuRF1 and Atrogin-1, as well as reduction of content of 18S rRNA and 28S rRNA. For this purpose, MITOKIN MOTS-C is administered intraperitoneally in dosage of 40 mg/kg in 0.9% NaCl solution with underlying 7-day functional relief.

EFFECT: method enables to prevent atrophy, increased fatigue of slow muscle fibres and their transformation into fast muscle fibres in soleus muscle in experiment during functional unloading with introduction of MOTS-c.
