SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to prevent skeletal muscle atrophy during muscles functional unloading. The method is characterized by the fact that an inhibitor of purinergic receptors P2Y2 AR-C 118925ХХ is injected into the body in an amount of 10 mg/kg per day.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the effectiveness of the degree of prevention of atrophy by inhibiting purinergic receptors P2Y2 and key signaling pathways that initiate atrophy.
