FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is an operational amplifier, in which first (8) reference current source is made in the form of connected first (19) and second (20) additional reference current sources, second (12) reference current source is made based on two identical and parallel connected third (23) and fourth (24) additional reference current sources, wherein the output of third (14) reference current source is connected to the collector of matching (10) bipolar p-n-p transistor through a potential bias circuit made on auxiliary bipolar p-n-p transistor (17), combined collector and base of which are connected to the gate of the additional field-effect transistor with control p-n-junction (25), the drain of which is connected to second (11) power supply bus, and the source is connected to the output of device (16).
EFFECT: design of an operational amplifier circuit with a push-pull output stage, which provides a low level of a systematic component of zero offset voltage.
