FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used in lymphotropic photodynamic therapy. That is ensured by selecting a place for lymphotropic introduction of a photosensitizer. Anaesthesia is performed in the area of lymph nodes selected for introduction of the photosensitizer. Photosensitizer Chlorin e6 is introduced into the lymph node. After achieving the therapeutic concentration of the photosensitizer, ozone therapy is carried out by introducing an ozonised physiological solution into the lymph node. Then the photosensitizer introduction area is exposed to optical laser radiation at the moments of exhalation and diastole of the heart, with wave length 660 ± 20 nm, with a pulse repetition frequency of 22.5 ± 2 kHz, with a pulse duration of 70 ± 30 ns and a pulse power density varying in range of 0.1–0.5 W/cm2. Radiation power density is increased during inspiration and heart systole and decreased during expiration and heart diastole. At the same time the photosensitizer is administered in each day of the course in the next zone defined by the treatment plan once, and exposure to laser radiation is also carried out on previous zones of photosensitiser introduction.

EFFECT: invention provides reducing the length of treatment of patients with no negative side reactions and intoxication of the body.
