FIELD: sport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of sports training devices, namely to multifunctional wrist and manual expander exercisers, intended both for use as sports equipment for sportsmen, and as therapeutic exercises in rehabilitation of motor functions of upper extremities of a person. Expander is made of elastomeric material and includes a handle, connecting elements and a weighting agent. At the same time on the handle, connecting elements and weighting agent there are through transverse and longitudinal holes, by means of which additional weights, and/or additional handles, and/or additional tapes are attached.
EFFECT: enabling possibility to implement different levels of power action with simultaneous provision of vibration-wave action on the body of a trainee or rehabilitating person during trainings, as well as increasing the functionality of the exerciser as a whole.
