FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: kit for detecting antibodies to the avian influenza virus and identifying a hemagglutinating viral agent in the hemagglutination inhibition reaction containing inactivated antigens of the avian influenza virus of subtypes H5 and H7, negative normal blood serum of chickens, positive hyperimmune blood serum of chickens to the avian influenza virus of subtypes H5 and H7. According to the invention, the “A/duck/Vladimir/1121/21 H5N2” strain, deposited in the All-Russian State Collection of Exotic Types of Foot-and-Mouth Disease Virus and other Animal Pathogens (FMDV) of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “ARRIAH”, was used as an inactivated antigen of the avian influenza virus of subtype H5 under the registration number: No. 343-dep/21-4 - GKSHM FSBI “ARRIAH” and the strain “A/chicken/Vladimir/1138/2021 H7N2” deposited in the All-Russian State Collection of exotic types of foot-and-mouth disease virus and others was used as an inactivated antigen of the avian influenza virus of subtype H7 animal pathogens (GKShM) FGBU “ARRIAH” under registration number No. 345-dep/21-6 - GKShM FGBU “ARRIAH”.
EFFECT: kit expands the range of tools for detecting antibodies to the avian influenza virus and identifying the subtype of the hemagglutinating viral agent in the hemagglutination inhibition reaction using the avian influenza virus strains “A/duck/Vladimir/1121/21 H5N2” subtype H5 and “A/chicken/Vladimir/1138/2021 H7N2” subtype H7.
