FIELD: diagnostics of oil and gas pipelines.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for detection of defects formed during operation, for measurement control of pipe repair quality. Device for visual measurement control of pipes comprises a frame with a rack, a movement module with scanning sensors made in the form of triangulation laser sensors, universal supports for rotation of pipes, rigidly fixed on the frame by a known method, a control unit with interconnected systems for transmitting data to a computer, forming a digital model of the pipe and its surface, determining the geometric parameters of the pipes, such as length and diameter, as well as position of defects on pipe surface and geometrical parameters of these defects. Module of movement with scanning sensors includes a cantilever, which moves on a rail with a rail guide along the pipe, and a movable suspended platform mounted on it, with drives of horizontal movement of laser sensors. Platform with scanning sensors is equipped with at least one visual control chamber, which allow using a program module installed on a computer to form an image of the surface of the pipe in the form of a flat scan map. To obtain a clear image, the visual inspection camera on the movable hinged platform is equipped with at least two lamps, the light flux of each of which is directed to the investigated pipe.
EFFECT: invention will make it possible to carry out inspection and rejection of dismantled pipes, as well as to conduct repeated examination of confirmation of quality of performed repair of pipes.
