METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING AND DEVELOPING TACTICAL AND TECHNICAL SKILLS OF SPORTSMAN IN SHORT TRACK Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC A61B5/16 A63B23/00 G06T13/40 G06T7/521

Abstract RU 2816054 C1

FIELD: sport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physical culture and sports and is intended for diagnostics and development of tactical and technical skills of short track speed skaters. Disclosed is a method in which diagnostics and development of tactical and technical skills of sportsmen in short track is carried out on a field with controlled light-dynamic illumination. Gobo projectors are used to form light zones imitating rivals and/or partners, which an athlete must bypass a given number of times. Change of position of light zones and testing modes is set by software-hardware complex or manually. Light zone with contrast boundaries, which imitates a rival, is formed in the form of a circle of a given size with halves brightly identified by an optical method. One half of the zone, having optical selection, is set as a signal for prohibiting movement of an athlete, the other half – as a signal for free passage. Thus, by changing the images of the zone in shifts, four versions of the action of the athlete are formed: stop – movement is prohibited, movement is not limited, movement is allowed only to the right of the zone, movement is allowed only to the left of the zone. Sportsman bypassing the zone takes into account the position of the zone and does not allow bypassing the prohibited signal. Software and hardware complex performs video recording of the movement of the athlete, records the errors of the athlete. If there are no errors of the sportsman, the speed of movement of the zone is increased until the sportsman is able to unmistakably make their rounds. Feature is that diagnostics and development of tactical and technical skills of sportsmen of short track is carried out by the specified number of mobile images of gobos of projectors imitating rivals and/or partners. Images imitating rivals and partners are specified in different colours. Gobo projectors are located above the running platform and fixed on the drone, or on the suspended cantilever-lever structure, or on the carriage, which moves along the guide rails. Gobo images of projectors move in one direction, within the treadmill width. Moving projectors and/or images of zones is carried out by software and hardware system according to the program selected by the researcher. At the same time each gobo projector provides its image, forms the specified versions for actions of short-tracker when bypassing simulated rivals and/or partners: stop – movement is prohibited, movement is not limited, movement is allowed only to the right or only to the left of the zone. Along with this, simulation modes of falling ahead of running virtual rivals and/or partners are formed. Imitation of a fallen sportsman or a group of sportsmen is conditionally indicated by full contact of the specified number of zones. According to the maximum speed of the sportsman, the frequency of change of the zone orientation relative to the sportsman, at which he does not make any errors when performing the given test or exercise, the sportsman tactical and technical readiness is judged. Proposed method allows to train and develop technical actions in short track, to individualize tasks for testing, by multivariate simulation of game situations of different complexity, to increase efficiency of testing, bringing it closer to conditions close to real ones. By comparing results of different-time trainings, it is possible to estimate dynamics of sportsmen readiness development.

EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of diagnostics and development of tactical and technical skills of athletes by using simple software and hardware systems, including accessible mobile gobo projectors.
