SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, particularly to a method of producing basal cells of human lung (hBCL) from induced human pluripotent stem cells (hIPSC).

EFFECT: invention is effective for fast production of hBCL from hIPSC without using a feeder layer, which enables to reduce the risk of contamination with other cells and, as a result, to obtain a homogeneous culture of hBCL.
