FIELD: measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to environmental impact assessment. Disclosed is a device for determining volatile alkylphenols in aqueous media, comprising a platinum conductor immersed in a carbon paste based on mineral oil and graphite powder, working surface of which is coated with a redox layer based on carbon nanotubes and modified bovine serum albumin, on the redox layer there is a layer of immobilized biomaterial, which is fixed with a dialysis membrane by means of a plastic ring. Redox layer is formed from successively deposited layers of carbon nanotubes and bovine serum albumin modified with safranine O; the biomaterial used is the tyrosinase enzyme.

EFFECT: invention provides higher stability of the obtained analytical signal, in particular, reduction of relative standard deviation of series of serial analytical signals, high long-term stability and reduced effect of interfering components of easily oxidised substrates on the analytical signal.
