SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a biosensor analytical device for quantitative estimation of ethanol content in physiological fluids, comprising working electrode (1), surface of which is modified with a composite material containing polymer matrix (4), inclusion of nanomaterial (2) and inclusion of alcohol oxidase enzyme (3), immobilized in polymer matrix (4), wherein polymer matrix (4) contains a polymer modified with a redox-active compound, characterized by that the polymer used is chitosan, the redox-active compound used is azure, covalently bonded with said polymer, and the nanomaterial is fullerene.

EFFECT: present invention provides increasing the upper limit of the range of the determined ethanol concentrations in physiological fluids up to 500 mM while maintaining the long-term stability values in an amount of not less than 7 days, as well as a single measurement duration in the amount of not more than 2 minutes.
