RECOMBINANT PLASMID DNA pQE30-Ig-TIM1, PROVIDING EXPRESSION OF IMMUNOGLOBULIN DOMAIN OF HUMAN TIM-1/HAVCR-1 GENE IN ESCHERICHIA COLI CELLS FOR DIAGNOSTIC AND SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC C12N15/70 C12N15/12 C07K14/725

Abstract RU 2817391 C1

FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is recombinant plasmid DNA pQE30-Ig-TIM1, having size of 3740 bp and providing expression of protIg-TIM1 protein with amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 2–analogue of receptor TIM-1/HAVCR-1/KIM-1/CD 365 Human T-cell immunoglobulin mucin domain encoded by the TIM-1/HAVCR-1 gene fragment in E. coli prokaryotic cells for diagnostic and scientific research. Said recombinant plasmid DNA pQE30-Ig-TIM1 contains a phage T5 promoter having coordinates of 10–54 bps, an RBS ribosome binding site having coordinates of 102–104 bps, 6xHis-tag with coordinates 127–144 bp, BamHI restriction endonuclease recognition sites with coordinates 146–150 bps and Hind III 467–472 bps, target nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 plasmid pQE30-Ig-TIM1, having coordinates 151–466 bps, ColE1 - origin of replication, with coordinates 790–979 bps, AmpR - gene β-lactamase, with coordinates 3536–2685 bps.

EFFECT: invention provides effective expression of protIg-TIM1 protein in Escherichia coli cells.
