FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, particularly, to surface vessels running on compressed airflow. For destruction of ice cover by vessel on compressed pneumatic flow excitation of flexural-gravity waves is performed in ice, at vessel movement above ice with resonance speed. In process of vessel movement braking width of output flow between skegs is increased, which forms at vessel stern by means of rotary air flow, directed upwards towards the air outlet at the rear on the ship deck, with the location of the reverse rotary buckets overlapped from above. Upward rotation of air flow is carried out with a horizontal flap fixed on the axis of rotation in the hinges in the side thrusts of the side walls of the skegs towards the stern in the middle part of the pneumatic channel, by means of mechanical drive of control of rods along its edges, which are located on ship deck. Free end of the horizontal flap is oriented towards the rigidly fixed U-shaped visor with an inclination downwards at angle of 20–30° to horizon, creating lift of ship bow upwards above ice.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of ice breaking.
