FIELD: sport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of health-improving physical culture and is intended for physical training of a person, in particular, remotely. Physical demonstration actions are recorded by means of a video and audio recording device, during which an instruction is carried out, including information on the criteria for assigning a person to the initial group, intermediate and advanced level, in accordance with its physical data and physiological characteristics. Allowable pulse value for the warm-up complex is set within range of 100–130 beats per minute. Performing a warm-up set of exercises, setting the allowable pulse values for the main set of cardio and strength exercises in range of 130–160 beats per minute. Main set of exercises is performed, including elements of exercises from a warm-up complex, alternating exercises in horizontal and vertical positions with division and alternation of exercises into dynamic and static ones. Final set of exercises is performed, wherein the exercises of the warm-up, main and/or final complex are performed in at least two versions, differing by the level of complexity, at that, in the intervals between exercises or during the exercises, the pulse is measured and giving instructions on changing the time of the exercise or replacing it with an exercise with a different level of complexity, providing a recorded video and audio material for demonstration to a person.

EFFECT: method provides higher safety, efficiency, and accessibility of the training process.
