FIELD: smoking accessories.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an aerosol-generating article. Article comprises an aerosol-generating substrate, wherein the aerosol-generating substrate comprises a homogenised plant material. Homogenised plant material contains at least 2.5 wt.% of eucalyptus particles in terms of dry weight, a substance for forming an aerosol and a binder. Aerosol-generating substrate contains at least 0.04 mg of eucalyptol per gram of substrate in terms of dry weight, at least 0.2 mg of eucalyptin per gram of substrate in terms of dry weight and at least 0.2 mg of 8-desmethyleucalyptin per gram of substrate in terms of dry weight.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create an aerosol-generating substrate for a heated aerosol-generating article, which provides an aerosol with an improved mouthfeel and a sense of fullness of the oral cavity, which makes the generating aerosol comparable to the sensations provided by a conventional combustible cigarette.
