SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to means of enclosing a work site and automated notification of workers on railway tracks. Signalling robot (4) is made in the form of a platform trolley and includes electric drive (5), a wheel removal mechanism (6), radio modem (7) with telescopic antenna (8), control unit (9), message generating unit (10), video signal processing unit (11), navigation (12) receiver with telescopic antenna (13), voice informer (14), train radio communication radio station (15), radio signals control unit (16), self-contained power supply unit (17), mechanism (6) for removing trolley wheels from rails, telescopic antenna control mechanism (18), mechanism (19) for controlling supports of the platform body, video camera (20), solar battery (21), radar sensor (22), light signalling device (23). Width of the platform body is less than the distance between the rails, and its height with elements installed on its outer side does not exceed 150 mm.

EFFECT: possibility of automation of removal of signalling robot from rails during repair works by additional track machine and installation on rails for control of train passage along adjacent track.
