FIELD: personal and household items.
SUBSTANCE: method of making forks relates to food industry and can be implemented at home. Substance of the method consists in the following: two workpieces of the same length are made from elastic stainless wire d=2…3 mm and their ends are sharpened. Then one of the workpieces is bent in half, similarly the second workpiece is bent. Both workpieces are assembled together and two pads are laid and welded on the handle, fixing and fastening the workpieces together, also the workpieces can be fixed with heat-shrink tubing; Then fork teeth are moved apart parallel to each other at distance of 3 mm between them and, on the side of pads, the working part of the fork is bent along an arc. For making the fork at home, the following is required: an elastic stainless wire, a vice, a hammer, a grinder and a welding machine, in the absence of a heat-shrink tubing.
EFFECT: creation of a simple method of making inexpensive, strong and reliable forks for food intake, which can be made at home.
