FIELD: hand tools.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to process equipment for cutting pipes, in particular to manual pipe cutters. Manual pipe cutter comprises pivotally connected top and bottom parts of the housing, along the perimeter of which there are grooves for inserting a handle, and a handle. Two cutting rollers and four support rollers each are fixed in the upper and lower parts of the housing. Each cutting roller is installed between two support rollers, on the upper part of the housing above the cutting rollers two support brackets are hinged, each of which is made in the form of an L-shaped frame and is installed with possibility of rotation under the action of a torsion spring relative to the upper part of the housing. Hinged joint of the upper and lower parts of the housing is made by means of two turnbuckles installed along the edges of each part of the housing, one of which is made with possibility of quick-release connection to the upper part of the housing.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of manual pipe cutters is achieved.
