FIELD: metalworking.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates in particular to the processing of internal surfaces of axisymmetric parts on lathes. A device for cutting holes of axisymmetric parts, containing a hydraulic power drive for moving the cutters in the radial direction, made in the form of a prefabricated housing consisting of two cylinders with two power chambers and with two return chambers of the cutters. Cutters are attached to two hollow piston rods. The four chambers of the hydraulic cylinders are equipped with seals made of double-layer folds and made of elastic material. The automatic control system for the machining process contains a control unit with two circuits: a control circuit for the movements of cutters and a control circuit for their wear. The cutter movement control circuit includes two linear displacement sensors mounted on the ends of the rod pistons relative to the ends of the housing covers. The second wear control circuit includes a linear displacement sensor mounted on the housing cover relative to the inner surface of the hole being machined.
EFFECT: increased processing productivity, improved tool reliability, and stability of shapes and sizes during the operational period of the part.
