FIELD: medicine; oncology.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for biopsy of sentinel lymph nodes in surgical treatment of local melanoma of trunk and extremities skin. Before administration of the preparation, a skin incision is made up to a superficial fascia in the area of access to sentinel lymph nodes. Indocyanine green in concentration of 5 mg/ml in total volume of 1 ml is introduced along the periphery of the new growth into the derma and subcutaneous fat by 0.5 ml each. Signal lymph nodes are determined within the skin approach and removed with subsequent histological examination.

EFFECT: method provides low invasiveness of access, prevents development of lymphostasis in connection with targeted removal of sentinel lymph nodes, enables fast postoperative rehabilitation due to a combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
