FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: after surgical treatment of gunshot wounds of extremities, laser irradiation is carried out once on apparatus FiberLase CR in mode of average power 3 W, exposure time—7 minutes, pulse duration—50 mcs, with radiation wavelength of 0.98 mcm. A sterile wound dressing is applied intraoperatively. Vacuum therapy is carried out in the mode of constant vacuum aspiration at the level of negative pressure in range of 100–120 mm Hg. Change of drainage dressing and repeated surgical treatment are performed every 3–4 days.
EFFECT: method enables to provide a more pronounced effect of stimulating angiogenesis and the development of granulation tissue, cleanse the wound from necrotic tissues, reduce the inflammatory process, accelerate the regeneration process.
